Abstract:
Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) is a common cancer with high mortality worldwide, which typically manifests as "early entry and early exit" in CEUS, CECT and CEMRI. The case series in this study was characterized by the non-fading of the contrast agent. A total of 5 cases with atypical CEUS features confirmed by surgery and histopathological results were identified as HCC, and the
possible reasons for this phenomenon were analyzed. Therefore, the diagnosis of HCC with atypical contrast pattern requires a combination of multiple aspects.
